This plugin for Shopware CMS provide ability notify users about unpaid orders and then cancel it automatically.

Mail template you can configure via backend `Configuration` -> `Email templates` -> `User emails`
Email templates:
– sUnpaidOrderReminder — Notify customer about unpaid order
– sUnpaidOrderOperatorAwaitingNotification — Operator notification after 14 days about unpaid order which wasn't cancelled automatically becayse `wait` internal comment.
– sUnpaidOrderLeadNotification — Lead notification after N(4 buy default) days about expiring unpaid order.
– sUnpaidOrderLeadCancelNotification — Lead notification after N(7 buy default) days about order already was expired.
You can predefine criterias for order manage plugin.
1. Payment method — plugin will select only orders with predefined payment methods(Vorkasse/Prepayment by default).
2. Payment status — plugin will select only orders with predefined payment statuses.
3. Order status — plugin will select only orders with predefined order statuses.
4. Customer group — plugin will select only orders which was placed by predefined groups.
Order Cancellation Settings
1. Enable/Disable auto order cancellation.
2. Set the number of days after which the order will be automatically canceled.
3. Cancel status — this status will be used for auto cancellation.
Customer Notification Settings
1. Enable/Disable customer notification.
2. Set the number of days after which customer should get email about awaiting payment order.
Disable auto-cancellation by fill wait like internal order comment.
